Easter Holiday Helpdesk Closure Notice

Please note that our Helpdesk will be closed on Good Friday, 3rd April 2026, and Easter Monday, 6th April 2026.

We will resume normal office hours on Tuesday, 7th April 2026.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish all our panel members a safe and enjoyable Easter break.

We’ll be carrying out planned maintenance on 11 April.

During this time, the site will be temporarily unavailable, and members won’t be able to browse or order vouchers.

We recommend placing any urgent orders ahead of the scheduled downtime. Full service should resume on 12 April.
